India Hits Back at Pakistan at the UN

India strongly countered Pakistan at the United Nations over the ongoing debate surrounding the Indus Waters Treaty. Addressing the international forum, India asserted that the circumstances under which the decades-old agreement was signed have significantly changed and emphasized the need to acknowledge present-day realities.

India also criticized Pakistan for allegedly attempting to use international platforms for political gains. The Indian delegation maintained that global forums should not be misused to advance narrow political agendas and reiterated its commitment to protecting national interests while engaging constructively on international issues.
