Former Telangana minister and BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over the delay in securing approval for Hyderabad Metro Phase-2. Through a post on X, KTR alleged that the Revanth Reddy government had completely failed in its efforts to obtain clearance for the crucial metro expansion project.
KTR stated that the failure to secure Metro Phase-2 approval reflects the inefficiency of the state government. He accused the Chief Minister of being unable to question the Centre and instead shifting the blame onto the opposition. KTR further remarked that despite visiting Delhi 71 times, Revanth Reddy has failed to convince or gain the attention of the Union Government regarding Telangana's key development projects.
