

N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to simplify access to government services and strengthen the public grievance system. Reviewing departmental performance from the RTGS center, he emphasized enabling online complaints and voice message-based grievance registration. He also instructed officials to resolve connectivity issues in around 3,000 locations within three months by coordinating with network providers. Officials presented the “Navachetana” early childhood development screening initiative, under which 33,949 children have been screened across the state, including door-to-door assessments. The government has initiated steps to streamline 11 key services.
The Chief Minister also stressed the importance of field visits by officials, mandating secretaries to spend 3 days, department heads 6 days, and collectors 8 days per month in the field. He urged immediate solutions in problem-prone areas. He asked Confederation of Indian Industry to expedite the establishment of a Global Leadership Center. Chandrajit Banerjee visited the RTGS center, where IT Secretary Katamaneni Bhaskar demonstrated its functioning and disaster management capabilities.
