Sanjay Jaju Assumes Charge as Telangana Chief Secretary

Senior IAS officer Sanjay Jaju has assumed charge as the new Chief Secretary of Telangana. He took charge at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat in Hyderabad on Tuesday. The government had issued orders on June 26 appointing the 1992 batch IAS officer to the top administrative post.

Jaju took over the position following the retirement of outgoing Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao. On this occasion, senior officials, department heads, and staff members at the Secretariat extended their greetings to the new Chief Secretary and felicitated the retiring officer.
