Cocktail 2 OTT Release Officially Announced

Rashmika Mandanna, Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon headline the latest Bollywood film ‘Cocktail 2’, directed by Homi Adajania. The movie was released worldwide in theatres on June 19. Presented as a romantic love story revolving around one man and two women, the film generated interest ahead of its release. However, it failed to make a strong impact at the box office.

The makers have now officially announced that ‘Cocktail 2’ is gearing up for its OTT release. The film serves as a sequel to the 2012 movie ‘Cocktail’, which featured Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. After receiving a lukewarm response in theatres, the film is now heading to the digital platform, with audiences keen to see whether it finds a stronger reception on OTT.
