France forward Ousmane Dembélé created history at the FIFA World Cup by scoring a hat-trick against Norway in just 32 minutes from kick-off. The remarkable feat earned him the second-fastest hat-trick from the start of a World Cup match, highlighting his outstanding finishing ability and giving France a dream start.
Only Austria's Erich Probst, who scored a hat-trick in 24 minutes against Czechoslovakia during the 1954 FIFA World Cup, remains ahead of Dembélé in the all-time list. With this performance, Dembélé surpassed England legend Gary Lineker's 34-minute hat-trick recorded in 1986, securing second place among the fastest World Cup hat-tricks in history.
